Refund Policy
While we don't strictly enforce a fantasy outfit, we highly encourage you to dress up! It really helps with the immersion if everyone is dressed as though they are from another realm. Whether this means making your own cosplay or simply pulling together an outfit from your wardrobe - you do you! Check out our Pinterest here if you're stuck for ideas:
Prop weapons are allowed as accessories. These must have foam and/or soft exteriors. No projectiles are allowed. For example, prop guns cannot have bullets, bows cannot have arrows. All weapons will be inspected by staff at the door.
Yes! All of our events are solo attendance friendly and this one is no exception! We will have special activities included to encourage mingling. Who knows? You may just meet your new found family along the way.
This event is 18+ only. ID will be required at the door.
Yes, all guests are required to bring a form of valid identification. This can include drivers license, passport, kiwi access card, or student ID.
We have made this very fair to ensure our workers are paid and the experience is immersive for you. With all of this being said, we have set the ticket price to $85pp.
We include a drink token to the value of one non-alcoholic drink for every guest. We are doing this to keep the price down for you as some guests don't drink alcohol. The bar will have plenty of options for you to purchase from, including alcohol if you so choose, and the pricing is reasonable.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly changed by the organiser.
Tickets may be transferred to a friend by contacting us at onceuponyourtimenz@gmail.com with the new guest's name and email. We will also need to know if there are any updates to the dietary requirements. Tickets can be transferred until 28th June 2026. From June 29th, we no longer allow ticket transfers of any kind. We unfortunately cannot make any exceptions to this rule, as we will have paid the venue and vendors for your attendance by then.
If you can no longer attend, tickets may be resold safely through Tixel, an ethical and trustworthy third-party ticketing resale site. Tickets can be resold up until 28th June 2026. From June 29th, we no longer allow ticket transfers of any kind.
